I am a physician and epidemiologist with experience in infectious disease surveillance, public health research, environmental epidemiology and reproductive health.

My background combines clinical medicine with epidemiological research and population health. I have worked on infectious disease surveillance and outbreak-related activities at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), and I currently contribute to research in Sweden involving environmental exposures, reproductive health, registry data and quantitative epidemiological methods.

My work has included infectious diseases such as mpox, West Nile virus, tick-borne encephalitis and Oropouche virus, as well as research on air pollution, assisted reproduction, heat exposure and climate-related health risks.

I particularly enjoy working with real-world health data and applying epidemiological methods to questions with direct public health relevance.
